Trading terms

Short, because the product is. These are the terms every Root Co. wholesale order is made on.

  1. Product. Root Co. cold-pressed ginger shot, 60 mL. Lemon, apple, ginger — three juices and nothing else: no water, no concentrate, no added sugar, no preservatives, no flavours or colours. HPP-treated (never heated), six months' shelf life chilled, unopened. Made in Melbourne, 100% Australian ingredients. Sold by the case of 18.
  2. Price. $3.15 a bottle, $56.70 a case. Suggested retail $4.50–$5.50 — $24–$42 a case to you; the shelf price is your call. Prices may change with 14 days' notice; a confirmed order is at the confirmed price.
  3. Ordering. By the order form, by email to sales@rootco.au, or by text to 0457 072 980. An order is confirmed when we reply with a delivery day and an invoice.
  4. Payment — when it's in your hands. The invoice comes with the delivery, not before it. Pay at the door by tap or the card link, or by bank transfer within 7 days (reference: the invoice number). Nothing is due until the stock is in your fridge.
  5. Accounts for regulars. After three paid orders, a stockist can ask for a 14-day account: one invoice per delivery, due 14 days from the delivery date. An account that goes overdue returns to pay-on-delivery terms until it's cleared.
  6. Delivery. Free, chilled, on your delivery day, anywhere in Melbourne. We hand over at or below 5°C; please get it into the fridge straight away.
  7. Returns. None. Once delivered, the stock is yours. We'll replace anything that arrives damaged or faulty if you tell us within 24 hours.
  8. Storage and shelf life. Keep refrigerated 1–5°C. Best before is on the neck of the bottle (six months from fill, unopened). Settling is normal — shake well before drinking.
  9. Tasters. Sample bottles are free and are the only free product. They're for tasting, not resale.
  10. Point of sale. Counter cards and fridge wobblers are supplied free and stay our property; please don't modify them. Photos of your fridge or counter may be shared on our social channels with your venue tagged — tell us if you'd rather not.
  11. Reorders. Same terms, same day. We'll check in around day 14.
