What we collect
When you order, nominate a venue or join the mailing list, we collect what you type into the form: your name, email, mobile, business name and delivery address. When you pay, Stripe handles your card — we never see the number.
Why
To deliver and invoice your order, to reply to you, and to let you know when something changes that affects your order or when new stockists go in near you. That's it.
What we don't do
We don't sell, rent or share your details with anyone except the services that run the business for us (Stripe for payments, HubSpot for our customer records, Google for email), and only for those purposes. We don't send marketing to a business that hasn't asked for it.
Where it lives
In our email, our customer records and our invoicing system, all with Australian or Australian-compliant providers. We keep it while you're a customer or on the list, then delete it when you ask.
